Information you choose to share
When you contact Nagm Al-Arbia or send a quotation request, you may share your name, phone number, destination, travel dates, traveller count and other trip details. The website sends quotation requests to WhatsApp; it does not create a public account or store payment-card details.
How we use information
We use the information to respond to enquiries, prepare travel options, coordinate requested services, communicate about the journey and meet applicable operational or legal requirements.
Service providers
WhatsApp, Google Maps, website hosting and travel suppliers may process information under their own privacy terms. Only share passport, identity or payment information through a channel confirmed by our team when it is genuinely required.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry and booking information only as reasonably needed for service, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations. No internet service is risk-free, but we limit access and use reasonable safeguards.
